As quality and efficacy are of utmost importance, all our health supplements are sealed and packed in opaque containers to protect and maintain product integrity against exposure to light.
Due to the high humidity and temperature in our tropical climate, it is advisable to store all supplements in a cool dry place (preferably below 25 degrees). The best place will be in a refrigerator (not in freezer) where temperature remains constant and humidity is low.
However, when taking supplements out of the fridge for consumption, DO NOT LEAVE it out for too long in the ambient temperature as that may gather condensation on the bottle and also in the products. Return it back to the fridge immediately after use.
Beware of capsules containing freeze-dried (lyophillzed) royal jelly suspended in vegetable oil that purport/claim to contain fresh royal jelly. To test whether it contains genuine quality, bite and chew a capsule. If it is genuine fresh royal jelly, it should taste creamy and smooth. Processes versions of royal jelly in capsules when chewed have a sandy feeling (granulation is due to the mixing of freeze-dried royal jelly and vegetable oil), and a roasted caramel taste.
As capsules (softgels) and contents are made of natural ingredients, climatic conditions and batch differences may cause color variations to the product. This however, will not affect the integrity of the product.
Our products are available at selected local pharmacies in Singapore, such as Guardian, Watson, Unity, etc.
Once you confirm your order online, you will receive the following emails:-
Order Confirmation. An auto-generated email (please ensure that your email is correct) to acknowledge your order will be send immediately. If you did not receive email, please check your SPAM or Junk mail folders.
Order Processing. You might or might not received this email to inform you that your order is being processed.
Shipment Confirmation. This e-mail confirms that we have finished processing your order and it has shipped.
Self Collection. Products are ready for collection within 1-3 working days from the date of your order confirmation and payment received and confirmation by us.
For local orders, package will reach within 5-10 business days (after reconfirmation of authorisation from payment gateway).
For delivery by Speedpost, a tracking number will be forwarded via email to you (kindly also check your SPAM folder). You can now track your delivery on https://www.singpost.com/track-items
For delivery by local delivery service, we will contact you 1 day in advance to notify you of our delivery schedule.
For overseas orders, it could take between 10-30 business days (after reconfirmation of authorisation from payment gateway), depending on the delivery service selected and subject to destination country's local transport. Do note that we cannot be held responsible for any unforseen transit delays in the destination country. Please inform us if your package does not arrive after 60 days of shipment confirmation.
Delivery charge quote is for one delivery trip made only.
You will have to contact our office directly at (65) 6538 9983 during office hours (Mon-Fri, 10 am to 5 pm except offical local holidays) to notify us or email us at hello@essence2u.com to cancel order immediately so that we will not authorise charges to be made to your credit card. Likewise for order changes.
Once order has been shipped, you are not able to cancel or make further changes.
As some products available on this site may be restricted in destination county, customers are responsible for making sure they comply with those restrictions. If Customs in destination country returns your order to us for this reason or have the package (or part of) detained/forfeit, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold us liable for orders being unable to be delivered to the destination you have chosen, or any related cost arising out of your order. If it is returned to us, we will refund the total of your purchase minus the return shipping charge, plus any other charges incurred, such as restocking, quarantine or warehousing fees assessed by Customs in your country to your credit card account. We are also not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be imposed at your custom border. Please also see under T & C.
At this moment, we only serve selected overseas market. We welcome overseas order, please contact us at hello@essence2u.com if you don't find your country listed.
We accept payment from major credit cards company and direct bank transfer.
Direct bank transfer ONLY applies to local transfer, please indicate your order number in your payment note for easy reference.
All items available for online purchase are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order processing. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
